What’s the deal, really, with the 30-day FREE TRIAL?

We love our content and think you will too. But we know committing $ on a monthly basis takes some thought. We offer our 30-day FREE TRIAL so you can try our service risk-free.  We’ll send you an email several days prior to the expiration of the free trial period reminding you to sign up for our paid monthly subscription. 

How do I sign up for the Social Media Content Subscription after my 30-day Free Trial?

Signing up for our monthly Social Media Content Subscription is easy. You simply login to the account you set up for your FREE TRIAL, click on the pink Subscription tab and select “Change Plan.” A pop-up screen will give you the option to subscribe to this plan. The plan will automatically renew each month until you cancel. 

What if I want to upgrade to the Content Management Subscription?

You may upgrade to the Content Management Subscription at any time. Simply login to your account page, click on the pink Subscription tab and select “Change Plan”.  A pop-up screen will give you the option to upgrade to this plan. Once you select the upgrade, your automatic billing period will be adjusted and the amount due for the current month will be prorated accordingly. 

What happens when I suscribe to the Content Management Subscription?

You must have a current paid membership to our Social Media Content. During the first 30-days, we’ll meet with you via Google Meet to get your account established for our social media management services. A “Thank You” page will pop up with a calendar for you to schedule a one-on-one meeting with us. Once the program is set up it’s easy for us to select and schedule all of your content the week before the beginning of the upcoming month.

How long does my subscription last?

The short answer is . . . until you decide to cancel. Your paid subscription will automtically begin billing when you subscribe and will automatically be renewed each month.You can cancel at any time by logging into your account and selecting the pink Subscription tab to cancel.

What do I get with my Social Media Content Subscription?

Each month we create 20 days worth of unique social media posts. Each post has 2 images formats (Instagram & Facebook) as well as a recommended caption and hashtags. Six of the 20 posts are created around a special promotion for that month; an additonal 6 contain suggested promotions to use as you choose; and the remaining 8 posts are just plain fun!!

What do I get with my Content Management Subscription?

We take away the stress of keeping up with your social media by scheduling your posts for the upcoming month. You can either select the posts you want to use or we can select them for you. We’ll set up the process during our one-on-one meeting with you. Not to worry if you want to change your mind about your selections, we can do that too.

How will I know how to download my posts?

Great question. We have a link to our Subcriber Content Download Instruction guide on your account page. We’ll also send you a Welcome Email with the same link and some additional fun facts about your account. You can ALWAYS reach out to us at information@acclerate-aesthetics.com with questions.

How do I know what my brand style is?

Another great question! Head on over to our Brand Style Quiz. It’s short, fun and easy to fill out and will give you an idea of your brand style. Also check out our Brand Style Collections page for a brief description of all of our 8 brand styles. From there, you can link to a picture gallery for each Brand Style.

How do I cancel/change my subscription?

Your subscription is automatically  renewed on a monthly basis. You can cancel (or downgrade/upgrade) your subscription at any time by logging into your account and selecting the pink Subscription tab to manage your subscription. If you cancel, you may continue to access the content until the end of the month in which you cancel as we do not provide refunds. If you upgrade/downgrade, your automatic billing period will be adjusted and the amount due for the current month will be prorated accordingly.
